    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • 3 teaspoons canola oil, divided
    • 4 oz Original Daddy's BBQ sauce
    • 1 Large onion, sliced
    • 1 lb ground pork or beef
    • 2 garlic cloves, diced
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 2 jarred roasted red peppers, cut into 4 pieces
    • 4 Slices sharp cheddar cheese
    • 4 burger buns

    1. Bring a frying pan up to medium heat, add the butter and 1 teaspoon of oil. Saute the onions for 15-20 minutes while stirring frequently. The onions should reach a golden brown, caramelized color.
    2. In a bowl, mix together the pork, snap Daddy’s Original sauce, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties. On a greased grill or large frying pan, heat the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil and cook the burgers over medium high heat for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked to preferred doneness. Two minutes before the burgers are done, top them with the cheese slices and cover to melt. Serve each burger on a bun and with a slice of the roasted red peppers and preferred condiments.
