Snap Daddy’s Pineapple Sunday

    • 1 12 oz can Pineapple Chunks
    • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
    • 1 Dash Nutmeg
    • 1 Dash Cinnamon
    • 1/3 Cups Slappin Hot BBQ Sauce
    • Vanilla Ice cream


    1. Preparation: Step 1 Drain juices from canned pineapple. Place pineapple into a frying pan along with olive oil. Cook over medium heat until pineapple begins to caramelize (turns brown). Once pineapple has been browned pour Slappin’ Hot sauce into pan and stir until pineapple has been glazed.
    2. Step 2 Place 6-8 pieces of pineapple into bottom of bowl, scoop vanilla ice cream over pineapple and then add a dash of Nutmeg and Cinnamon over the top of the ice cream and serve. Enjoy!
