Snap Daddy’s BBQ Chicken Wraps

    Chicken 1 lb. boneless chicken breast ½ c. vegetable oil 1 Tbs. fresh chopped garlic 1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley ½ cup diced onions Salt and pepper Barbeque Seasonings Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Let chicken marinate for at least one hour. Remove from mixing bowl and grill until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160-degrees F. Let chicken rest. When cooled, dice and set aside for assembly. Barbeque Ranch Dressing 1 ½ c. buttermilk ranch dressing ½ c. Snap Daddy’s Sweet Kisses barbeque sauce Mix together and reserve.


    • 1/2 lb thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
    • 2 Cup grated cheddar cheese
    • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    • 1 tsb finely chopped cilantro
    • 1 tsb finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper (de-seeded)
    • 2 tomatoes, diced
    • 1/2 purple onion, sliced
    • 4 • 4 flavored 11- to 12-inch tortillas (tomato-basil, spinach, whole wheat etc)


    1. Place the lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, bacon and chicken in a large mixing bowl. Add Barbeque Ranch Dressing and toss. Warm tortillas on a griddle and place pliable tortillas on cutting board or on the table. Fill each tortilla with a quarter of the chicken mixture. Wrap, tucking the ends in and rolling. Slice on the diagonal and serve with BBQ Ranch dressing dip.
